The operator of this Application (hereinafter referred to as "we") attaches great importance to the protection of user privacy and strictly complies with relevant regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Apple Inc.'s App Store Review Guidelines. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") will explain to you the rules on how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, especially the processing method of information related to Apple ID login. Using the Application is deemed to mean that you agree to all the contents of this Policy.

1.1 Information related to Apple ID login: When you log in to the Application through Apple ID, we only obtain the necessary information authorized by Apple Inc., including but not limited to the anonymous identifier (Identifier for Vendor, IDFV) corresponding to your Apple ID and your nickname (if you authorize it). We will not obtain your sensitive information such as Apple ID account, password, email address, or mobile phone number.

1.2 Device and usage information: To ensure the normal operation of the Application, we will collect non-personally identifiable information such as device model, system version, network type, and Application usage logs.

1.3 Voluntarily provided information: We will collect the information you actively submit when using the functions of the Application (such as feedback content, customized information, etc.) according to the content you submit.

2. Use of Personal Information

2.1 Use of Apple ID-related information: It is only used to complete login verification, identify your account identity, and ensure account security, and will not be used for other irrelevant purposes.

2.2 Use of device and usage information: It is used to optimize application performance, troubleshoot faults, and count usage data (processed anonymously), so as to improve your user experience.

2.3 Use of voluntarily provided information: It will be processed according to the purpose you submit (for example, feedback content is only used to solve the problems you put forward).

Without your explicit authorization, we will not use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Policy.

3. Storage of Personal Information

3.1 Storage location: Your personal information will be stored in the region specified by relevant laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located and the Operator. If cross-border transmission is required, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

3.2 Storage period: Your personal information will only be stored for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. When the storage period expires or you cancel your account, we will promptly delete or anonymize your personal information.

3.3 Storage security: We adopt technical and management measures such as encrypted storage, access permission control, and security audit to ensure that your personal information is not leaked, tampered with, or damaged.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

4.1 We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

4.2 We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

(1) Obtain your explicit authorization;

(2) Comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, or respond to the legitimate requirements of judicial organs and administrative organs;

(3) To protect the legitimate rights and interests of us or third parties (such as preventing fraud and ensuring account security);

(4) Share necessary information with Apple Inc. (only used to complete the technical docking of Apple ID login and in line with Apple Inc.'s data specifications).

When sharing information, we will require third parties to comply with the same privacy protection requirements and take necessary measures to ensure information security.

5. Your Rights

5.1 Right of access: You can view your own account information (such as nickname, logged-in device) in the Application.

5.2 Right of correction: If there is any error in your personal information, you can contact us to correct it.

5.3 Right of deletion (Account Deletion): You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate account deletion directly within the Application by navigating to Settings (我的) → Delete Account (刪除賬號). Upon confirming account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

(1) Your user profile information (nickname, email, Apple ID association);

(2) All practice and answer records;

(3) All exam records and results;

(4) Daily learning statistics and streak records;

(5) All achievements and progress data.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, the above data cannot be recovered. The deletion process is completed immediately upon confirmation.

5.4 Right to withdraw authorization: You can withdraw your consent to Apple ID login and information authorization through Apple system settings or the permission management function in the Application.

5.5 Right to data portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format by contacting us through the contact information provided below.

Way to exercise the above rights: For rights 5.1, 5.2, 5.4, and 5.5, contact us through the contact information posted in the Application (such as customer service email, feedback entrance), and we will reply within 15 working days. For right 5.3 (account deletion), you can exercise it directly within the Application without contacting us.

6. Protection of Minors

6.1 We do not actively collect personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 14, you must use the Application accompanied by a guardian, and the guardian shall read and agree to this Policy.

6.2 If it is found that the personal information of a minor has been improperly collected, we will immediately delete the relevant information and take necessary measures to prevent it from happening again.

7. Policy Update

7.1 We may update this Policy according to changes in laws and regulations and business adjustments. The updated Policy will be posted in the Application and will take effect 7 days after posting.

7.2 If the policy update involves your core rights and interests, we will separately remind you through pop-ups, pushes, etc.
